Cucumber Salad

Introduction

This cucumber salad has a nice balance of sweet and tart.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 T Salt
  • 1 T Sugar
  • 1 C White Vinegar

Directions

Wash the cucumbers and slice them thin. Wash the cucumbers and slice them thin.
